Our covid 19 measures: updates on how we are responding to the pandemic

1. We care about our employees so we have distributed protective gear such as facemasks to all our employees nationwide.

2. We have our pickup and drop off service so you can have your device picked up from anywhere have it repaired and sent back to you by our qualified riders.

3. We make sure your device is sanitized when it comes to you just for extra precaution.

4. You may be issued with a mask at any of our stores while you wait for your device to finish its repairs.

5. Any employee with symptoms of COVID 19 is given a time off of up to two weeks.

6. We have adhered to the nationwide rules such as curfew so make sure to bring your device during normal working Hours.

7. Your temperature will be taken as you enter any of our shops and please ensure you wear a mask.

8. We have enhanced our cleaning in all our stores and sanitization all all our surfaces.

9. We fight inflation of prices to protect our customers and ensure they get fair pricing to fight those who try to use COVID to seek out profits.

10. We observe social distancing at all our waiting areas to prevent spread.

11. We give back to the community through our ifix E-waste service by continuing with recycling to ensure we live in a cleaner and better place.
